Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video team in Turkey seeks a Growth Manager to design and execute strategies that drive new customer acquisition, engagement, and subscriber growth across web, mobile, living room devices, and distribution partnerships.

You will partner with Central Marketing, Product, Payments, BI and Legal to prioritise projects, run rapid experiments, measure performance, and use customer insights to grow revenue while improving retention in Turkey.

Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Preferred: experience in media and entertainment.
• Preferred: AI skills to analyze data.
• Preferred: experience in a subscription business.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth and Customer Acquisition initiatives across teams for Turkey.
• Create and execute comprehensive strategies to drive new customers to Prime Video across all channels (web, mobile, Living Room Devices, distribution partnerships) in Turkey.
• Define and execute strategies to drive customer retention.
• Own and present to senior leadership key performance metrics around customer acquisition, and retention.
• Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration; use data to measure and understand customer behaviour and apply/share insights more broadly.
• Collaborate with other teams of the Prime Video org to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth in Turkey.
