Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a Purchasing/Procurement professional to manage requests, source suppliers, and optimize material planning in a dynamic, global environment. You will maintain supplier records in ERP systems and monitor orders, deliveries, and performance while contributing to cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–4 years in Purchasing or Supply Chain, with advanced English and SAP/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Planning.
Advanced English proficiency.
ERP experience, SAP preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Military service completed for male candidates.

Responsibilities

Manage purchasing requests and procurement processes.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Create and maintain supplier records in ERP systems.
Plan material purchases according to demand and inventory levels.
Follow up purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
Coordinate logistics and customs activities when required.
Support inventory management and stock accuracy.
Contribute to OPEX and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
