Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations within Security Solutions in the EEMEA region. This role translates data into actionable insights, leads executive reporting, and collaborates with product and services teams to drive growth and disciplined execution of strategic priorities.

You will build operating cadences, support planning, and analyze market opportunities, leveraging Excel, SQL, Power BI and storytelling to influence leadership and shape strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar analytical role in a complex commercial environment.
• Advanced Excel skills required; SQL/Power BI/Tableau experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Business Performance Management: maintain cadence, KPI scorecards, MBR/QBR prep, and executive presentations.
• Strategic Planning Support: participate in cross functional planning, track initiatives and regional goals.
• Data analysis and insights: support product and commercialization initiatives, opportunity sizing and market prioritization.
• Functional operations: workforce planning, process excellence and exec visit planning.
