Job summary

Coca-Cola in Türkiye is seeking a Manager, Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability to coordinate strategic communications and sustainability initiatives across the Turkiye Franchise. The role requires strong writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in Turkish and English.

You will collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional partners to align messaging, support government relations, and drive cross-team communication initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, or related disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
• Experience developing materials for multiple audiences and channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Strategic Communications and Sustainability initiatives in Türkiye.
• Develop and implement internal and external communication plans aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution of key communications activities, including leadership, employee, and external communications.
• Develop clear and engaging communication materials for various channels.
• Partner with functional teams for communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
