Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and polish silver
• Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and organized
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Mop floors, waste removal, and general cleaning
• Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
• Follow health and safety protocols: Handle hazardous substances safely and comply with hygiene rules
• Report hazards and maintenance needs: Notify supervisor on duty of safety concerns or equipment issues
• Train and mentor team members: Share expertise with new staff to strengthen team performance
