Requirements

• PhD or Master s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong relevant experience with significant research engineering experience in machine learning or frontier AI systems.
• Strong foundations in machine learning with practical experience in designing experiments and training models.
• Demonstrated research experience in synthetic data generation, reinforcement learning, or AI evaluation.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks.
