A leading workforce solutions provider seeks an experienced Marine/Structural SME to support a SPS Project for a Drillship in Turkey. The role involves ensuring compliance with international maritime standards, coordinating inspections, and preparing detailed work scopes. Candidates should have a degree in Marine Engineering and extensive offshore experience. The position offers a competitive daily rate, health insurance, and accommodation with a rotational schedule of 6 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years offshore marine operations experience, preferably in SPS/reactivation projects.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime standards and codes.
• Proven experience with flag state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IMO conventions (SOLAS, MARPOL) and flag state requirements.
• Coordinate class surveys and support inspections.
• Prepare detailed scopes of work for inspection and maintenance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of IMO conventions

Experience with class surveys

Proven understanding of MODU Code

Marine Engineering background

Education
