We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will align social media strategy with business goals, create engaging content, and analyze performance to drive growth, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Create content plans and manage posting schedules
  • Research target audiences
  • Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels)
  • Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
  • Adapt content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns
  • Optimize ads to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Monitor and track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
  • Analyze results and prepare regular performance reports
  • Adjust strategies and content based on data insights and analytics
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SMM Specialist or similar role
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
  • Experience with social media analytics and advertising tools
