Results Expected

• Ship production‑ready updates to the AppStore every week — with ≥95% on‑time release rate, zero critical regressions, and ≥99.98% crash‑free sessions across all supported iOS versions and devices.
• Consistently identify and optimize UI performance each quarter, with measurable improvements.
• Automate tests across all new and critical‑path features — covering logic, UI flows, and regressions — with zero‑blocker gaps at release time.
• Own mobile features end‑to‑end — delivering 100% of assigned features on time, with blockers proactively resolved across design, backend, and product.

• Proactively reduces complexity by designing reusable components and identifying dead code or technical debt.
• Solves from first principles — evaluates tools, patterns, and SDKs based on impact, not convention.
• Sets up and maintains CI/CD pipelines (Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Bitrise, etc.).
