Job summary

Sezzle is seeking a talented Software Engineer II to join our on-site Istanbul team. You will build scalable, high-quality features across frontend and backend, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver impact in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You should have 3–7 years of experience, strong React and Go skills, and familiarity with MySQL, REST, and microservices. AWS/Kubernetes, Python, and AI tooling experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering required.
• Solid front-end experience with React.
• Backend experience using Go or similar language.
• Familiarity with MySQL and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tools is desired.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new features with a full-stack team.
• Collaborate on architecture and code reviews to improve quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.
• Partner with product and other teams to ship scalable solutions.
