Qualifications

  • Graduated from the Departments of Electrical Engineering of universities.
  • 7 years of experience in Project/Contract management.
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Experienced in bid preparation processes.
  • Experienced in managing processes with business partners.
  • Experienced in subcontractor and team management.
  • Knowledgeable about Transmission Lines, High Voltage, and Medium Voltage systems.
  • Experienced in transmission line exploration and implementation.
  • Experienced in preliminary design studies of transmission lines and BOQ and RFQ processes.
  • Experienced in substation construction and commissioning.
  • Experienced in testing and commissioning.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office programs, skilled in reporting and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with advanced representation ability.
  • Research-oriented, open to innovation, result-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of effective time management.
  • Flexible with working hours.
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting the technical documents required for tenders and sharing them with the commercial team.
  • Preparing the necessary cost and time schedules after conducting field feasibility studies for target projects.
  • Collecting the required technical data in target and ongoing projects and preparing reports to be submitted for customer approval.
  • Assisting the procurement department in preparing and approving product specifications and supplier lists, as well as initiating purchase requests.
  • Carrying out preparatory works for the installation of the substation at the power generation site.
  • Taking part in all administrative, technical, and operational works related to the construction of new electrical networks.
  • Conducting tests for Powership production lines, completing land-based investment construction projects, and ensuring their commissioning.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for works carried out within the scope of Powership site preparations.

We are looking for a Site Preparation Asst. Manager to be assigned to our Directorate of Global Infrastructure and Site Preparation located in Altınova, Yalova.
