Job summary

Cencora, Türkiye Manisa’da Sevkiyat Destek Görevlisi arıyor. Günlük olarak lojistik, sevkiyat ve müşteri hizmetleri süreçlerini koordine edecek; kayıtları güncelleyecek ve operasyonların aksamadan işlemesini sağlayacaktır.

Çok yönlü ekiplere rehberlik sunacak, raporlama yapacak ve süreç iyileştirme için veri sunacaktır. Gereken nitelikler: lise/eşdeğeri, lojistik tecrübesi ve gerekli belgeler.

Qualifications

• Lise diploması veya GED veya eşdeğer deneyim gereklidir.
• Lojistik operasyonları, taşıma yönetimi veya benzer alanda en az 3+ yıl deneyim gereklidir.
• B sınıfı sürücü ehliyeti ve askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış olmak.
• SRC 3-4 ve psikoteknik belgesi olanlar avantajlıdır.
• Exel bilgisi olan ve raporlama yapabilen adaylar tercih edilir.

Responsibilities

• Günlük lojistik, taşıma ve müşteri hizmetleri faaliyetlerini koordine etmek.
• Sipariş, sevkıyat ve servis kayıtlarını ilgili sistemlere işlemek.
• İş akışını izlemek, kuyrukları dengelemek ve operasyon sürekliliğini sağlamak.
• Taşıt yönetimi aktivitelerini koordine etmek, bakım takibini yapmak.
• İç paydaşlar, müşteriler, taşıyıcılar ile iletişim kurmak ve güncel durumları aktarmak.
• Operasyon raporları, hizmet metrikleri ve KPI'ları derlemek.
• Görevlendirilen ekibe günlük rehberlik ve onboarding desteği sağlamak.

Compiles and maintains operational reports, service metrics, and key performance indicators to support tracking, client reporting, and process visibility.
