Job Description
  • Control production process parameters and take timely action in case of non-compliance with company standards.
  • Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities through improved equipment efficiency and process optimization.
  • Lead processes to eliminate production losses by applying problem-solving methodologies and process control tools.
  • Optimize production planning to ensure effective manning levels and reduced format conversion times.
  • Provide on-the-floor guidance, leadership, and coaching to line personnel to strengthen capabilities.
  • Act as a process expert in troubleshooting and problem resolution on the shop floor.
  • Fully apply the Integrated Manufacturing System (IMS) and company standards & policies.
The Successful Applicant
  • Hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or other engineering disciplines.
  • Bring 3-6 years of experience in a production environment (preferably high-volume, low-tolerance industries).
  • Have exposure to Lean principles or similar manufacturing philosophies.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Are detail-oriented, collaborative, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
  • Incredibly strong nerves and stress management skills as this role is about a high stress environment.
  • Have strong proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • This role is in a extremely high volume continuous manufacturing facility. Exposure to similar industries is required. (FMCG&Automotive&Pharma&Consumer Electronics&Chemicals Etc.)
