We are looking for a Senior Payroll and Reporting Specialist to join Ravago Türkiye at our Ataşehir office.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related to relevant sciences,
• Proven experience in managing HR-integrated ERP systems and hands‑on usage of platforms,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in payroll and personnel affairs, and at least 2 years in HR budgeting and reporting processes,
• Active involvement in digital transformation projects within HR functions,
• Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law, and practices,
• Highly preferred proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills; a collaborative team player.

What We Expect from You

• Monitor and ensure compliance with Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and all relevant legal requirements; manage and improve personnel processes in accordance with current legislation,
• Operate monthly payroll calculations and payment processes in line with legal regulations and company procedures; ensure accurate reporting,
• Prepare and present financial and operational reports related to monthly payroll and employee life cycle processes,
• Data providing employee disciplinary processes, particularly in relation to Social Security regulations,
• Analyze Labor Cost related employee data and prepare strategic HR reports,
• Contribute to HR digital transformation projects; improve and optimize existing systems and applications,
• Develop, monitor, and report the annual employee budget in alignment with company goals and strategies.
