Job summary

ICterra Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri in Türkiye seeks a Senior Software Engineer with strong Oracle Database and PL/SQL development and hands-on .NET/C#. You will work on high-volume, transaction‑intensive enterprise applications and contribute to modernization of critical business processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Oracle Database and PL/SQL development experience.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and complex queries.
• Hands-on development with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Experience in high-volume transactional environments.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and maintain complex software solutions using Oracle PL/SQL and .NET/C#.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and complex SQL queries.
• Implement database-side business logic and data processing solutions.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries, indexes, and data access patterns for high-volume transactional systems.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL performance tuning, execution plan analysis, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
• Develop backend applications and services using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and backend services interacting with Oracle Database.
• Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Contribute to software and database architecture decisions, coding standards, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with business, analysis, testing, and architecture teams on enterprise business processes.
