• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering
• Proven experience in Network Architectures, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, Layer 2-3 technologies, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
• Hands-on experience with Cybersecurity solutionssuch as Firewall, EDR, NDR, XDR, SASE, SIEM, URL Filtering, Anti-Virus, and DLP technologies
• Preferred certifications: PCNSE, CCNA
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken (able to communicate with international vendors)
• Customer-focused, with strong analytical thinkingand problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments
• Holds a valid driver’s licenseand is an active driver

Job Description The selected candidate will take part in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, collaborating closely with internal teams

• Participate in client meetings alongside the sales team to deliver product presentations and technical guidance
• Manage technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) processes; prepare kit lists, write and interpret technical specifications
• Work with the sales team to follow up on opportunities and contribute to the sales process
• Provide product training and introductions to resellers and end-users
• Install purchased software and hardware solutions; ensure system integration and seamless, secure operation
• Diagnose issues, develop and implement solutions, and liaise with vendors when necessary
• Conduct regular site visits to clients under maintenance agreements; perform checks based on service follow-up lists, and promptly resolve identified issues
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new products; prepare related documentation and deliver internal training sessions
• Take responsibility for the accuracy, verification, and enhancement of all setup, maintenance, configuration, and integration tasks; report regularly to management
