You will work in the Microsoft Business Solutions team, collaborating across architecture and development, mentoring peers, and delivering robust enterprise applications using React.js on the frontend and .NET on the backend.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years hands-on IT experience and strong OOP fundamentals.
• Proficiency in algorithms and data structures and relational databases.
• Experience with React.js (Frontend) and .NET Framework (Backend).
• Knowledge of source control, cloud-based services and DevOps concepts.
• Familiarity with containerization and document-based databases.
• Excellent English communication and ability to mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach developers, drive engagement and remove impediments.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement new ideas and standards.
• Develop guidance and standards for coding practices and processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain code quality with tests and reviews; ensure maintainability.
