We're looking for a 'Senior Mobile Developer' to join our US based partner, a fast-growing Restaurant Technology (FoodTech) company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing and delivering high-quality mobile applications using Flutter in production environments.
• Strong understanding of mobile application lifecycle management, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as Firebase and Sentry to identify, investigate, and resolve production issues.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, release management processes, versioning strategies, and multi-environment configurations.
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with business objectives, focusing on user value and product impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and make pragmatic decisions.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable leveraging modern AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and ownership.

Requirements:

• Graduated from a top-tier university, preferably, department of Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in mobile software development, ideally 7-8+ years, with a proven track record of delivering production grade applications.
• Previous experience in Senior, Lead, or equivalent technical leadership roles, including mentoring developers and driving technical decisions.
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for working in an international environment.
• Demonstrates a strong builder mentality, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for creating, scaling, and improving products.
• Product-minded engineer who understands business impact and user needs, not just technical implementation.
• Comfortable taking ownership of complex initiatives from concept to production and continuously improving products based on customer feedback.
