Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, agile ML Engineer to join our Software Development Team.

Qualifications & Skills

• BSc., MSc., or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
• 5+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling)
• Strong desire to learn and expand knowledge of ML, AI, and NLU
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Experience collaborating with highly distributed teams
• Previous consulting experience
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proficiency in English for engineering communication
• Reliable internet connection
• Availability to align part of your day with remote business hours (Pacific Time UTC-8), with meetings between 18:00 and 21:00

Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, implement, and maintain large data infrastructure providing access to extensive data sets and computing resources
• Implement APIs and utilize big data technologies
• Transform raw unstructured data into structured, useful information
• Create ML processes and end-to-end pipelines for data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring, and other tasks, ensuring high-quality architecture and design
• Develop real-time decision-making frameworks and data-driven feedback loops to enhance user experience
• Implement consumer-facing solutions addressing customer demands
• Manage large-scale services that support our expanding learning platform
