Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience (one product from scratch to production).
• Strong production-level experience with .NET Core and React + TypeScript.
• Knowledge of System Design, Software Architecture, DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Code principles.
• Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, microservices/distributed architectures, database optimization, and modern frontend development.
• Strong understanding of security, CI/CD, Docker, OWASP, Unit/Integration Testing, and secure software development practices.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic APM, Kubernetes, or Helm is a plus.
• Proficiency in English to read and write technical documentation and collaborate with global partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership, and ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with NoSQL technologies such as Redis, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in RDBMS technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end, high-performance, scalable product features across frontend and backend.
• Analyze requirements and design, develop, test, and deploy solutions to production.
• Build modern applications using .NET Core and React + TypeScript with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
• Design and maintain sustainable software architectures based on System Design, DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Code, while reducing technical debt.
• Identify and resolve production performance issues and database bottlenecks through optimization techniques.
• Implement secure software solutions using JWT, OAuth2, and Identity/RBAC, and contribute to CI/CD, Docker, and testing processes.
• Work with SignalR, Hangfire, frontend state management, and API integrations for reliable, scalable apps.
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics to turn business requirements into working products and solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership from analysis to production and communicate with stakeholders.
• Leverage AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to produce secure, high-quality code.
