Job summary

Global Payments in Turkey is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget results and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Software Development, IT, Security, and Training, manage budgets, report progress, and escalate risks to executive leadership as needed. A PMP or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Typically minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• PM Professional (PMP) or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate across internal departments (Software Development, Information Security, IT Development, Customer Service and Training).
• Manage project plans, budget, and resources; monitor progress and escalate issues.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor junior project managers and ensure alignment with business goals.
