A dynamic e-commerce firm is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to lead client growth through strategic forecasting and media acquisition. Our mission is to deliver exceptional value and service at a compelling price. We are seeking a Results-Driven & Experienced Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team. The Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) leads the development of strategic forecasts guiding clients toward their goals and ensures seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. You will represent CTC's approach to media acquisition and its tools, maintaining transparent communication about actions and performance relative to forecasts.
You will be a partner in client growth, ensuring clients have a clear roadmap to success while guiding them through media acquisition and strategy. You set a high standard and demonstrate execution at the highest level, aligning with our core values and the mantra “Everyday in Everyplay, Count on Me.”

You will merge finance and marketing perspectives to build forecasted strategies that help the business achieve its goals. You will achieve top-quality results for clients by executing the Prophet system, maintaining a 5% delta to the forecast, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
Communication: Fluent English, persuasive, and able to present to diverse stakeholders; high emotional intelligence; strong presentation skills; data analysis capability; familiarity with Google Sheets and related tools.
Past Experience: Broad experience across domains (mathematics, data analytics, operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.).
Critical Thinking: Structured problem solving and ability to propose practical solutions.

You will integrate finance and marketing perspectives to forecast strategy and drive client outcomes. You’ll be evaluated on accuracy, adherence to the Prophet system, client satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
Reporting: You will report to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. This role is client-facing and conducted under Joy's mentorship.
SALARY RANGE (illustrative): First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000. 1st year annual range: $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year annual range: $100,000-$120,000. Compensation varies with client load and performance. We emphasize growth, transparency, and fair performance-based progression, with regular reviews and a clear path to advancement.
