Overview

The Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) leads the development of strategic forecasts guiding clients toward their goals and ensures seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. You will represent CTC's approach to media acquisition and its tools, maintaining transparent communication about actions and performance relative to forecasts.

You will be a partner in client growth, ensuring clients have a clear roadmap to success while guiding them through media acquisition and strategy. What Success Looks Like

You will merge finance and marketing perspectives to build forecasted strategies that help the business achieve its goals. You will achieve top-quality results for clients by executing the Prophet system, maintaining a 5% delta to the forecast, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

NECESSARY SKILLS
KICK OFF PERIOD

ONBOARDING
  • Collaborate with the Brain Trust for ideas across clients; work with team members including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail; maintain data integrity across systems.
  • Execute the Prophet system for clients and build Growth Forecasts (growth map, data analysis, and marketing calendar alignment).
  • Daily execution and updating forecasts to meet KPIs; pivot as needed; uphold CTC’s best practices.
  • Develop strategic plans from data and client feedback; lead in obstacle scenarios.
  • Maintain curiosity and drive problem-solving; implement best practices across campaigns.
  • Manage campaigns, budgets, and ongoing optimization to hit daily targets.
QUALITY & CLIENT COMMUNICATION
  • Maintain a 5% delta to the forecast; align daily with clients on strategy and forecast.
  • Ensure Prophet system execution to 100% within timelines; deliver work with quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with clients regularly and clearly; provide daily performance updates and weekly strategy notes.
CONTRIBUTING BACK
  • Share learnings to improve systems; collaborate across teams; contribute to future company content.
NEXT-LEVEL SKILLS

Communication: Fluent English, persuasive, and able to present to diverse stakeholders; high emotional intelligence; strong presentation skills; data analysis capability; familiarity with Google Sheets and related tools.

Past Experience: Broad experience across domains (mathematics, data analytics, operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.).

DOMAIN & MANAGEMENT

Reporting: You will report to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. This role is client-facing and conducted under Joy's mentorship.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

SALARY RANGE (illustrative): First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000. 1st year annual range: $64,000-$76,000; 2nd year annual range: $100,000-$120,000. Compensation varies with client load and performance. We emphasize growth, transparency, and fair performance-based progression, with regular reviews and a clear path to advancement.
