New Mind AI is seeking a DevSecOps & Infrastructure Security Engineer to tighten security across SaaS and on-prem deployments, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and production infrastructure. You will own end-to-end security initiatives, assess architectures, and guide engineering teams with practical mitigations.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant fields, strong Linux/network security, and hands-on CI/CD security experience. Expect collaboration across global projects and cutting-edge AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevSecOps, Infrastructure Security, Platform Security, Cloud Security, or related fields.
• Strong Linux and network-security knowledge with production experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Hands-on with CI/CD security and Secure SDLC practices; knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CIS Controls, CIS Benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• DevSecOps & Secure SDLC: Improve security across CI/CD, enable SAST/SCA, secret scanning, container/IaC scanning, SBOM, automated gates.
• Kubernetes/OpenShift Security: Assess RBAC, Pod Security Standards, NetworkPolicy, namespace isolation; Policy-as-Code with Kyverno/OPA.
