Job summary

Rovio is seeking a Lead/Senior Data Analyst for Ruby Game Studio in Izmir, Turkiye. On-site with a possibility to work remotely one day per week. You will transform raw data into clear, actionable insights affecting game performance, player experience, and strategic decisions.

You will mentor the data team, collaborate with product and marketing, and design dashboards to keep KPIs front and center. Turkish and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Extensive professional expertise in data analytics, ideally in mobile games or high-scale digital products.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights with measurable impact.
• Experience coaching or leading analysts on cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong statistical thinking with experience in A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Mentor data team and promote a culture of data-informed problem solving across the studio.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing to uncover insights from player behavior, in-game metrics, and monetization data.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports presenting KPIs for quick, data-driven decisions.
• Use advanced analytics to explore trends, run A/B tests, segmentation, and influence development and user acquisition.
• Serve as the analytical connector with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Provide technical support for data issues beyond standard tools when needed.
