Job description

As a Senior Assistant Brand Manager Kinder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the brand stays ahead in the market by tracking the latest trends and developing a comprehensive business strategy with a precise communication plan that encompasses all aspects of the brand.

Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager for Türkiye at Kinder, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic team working on diverse projects that shape the strategy and vision of this beloved brand. If you’re eager to contribute, don’t hesitate to apply!

Main Responsibilities:
  • Help to develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing plan encompassing all elements of the marketing mix.
  • Oversee the preparation of market analyses and consumer research, and monitor competitive activities to identify brand challenges and market opportunities.
  • Monitor and follow up on market and consumer KPIs, from data collection to action plan development.
  • Coordinate projects with both internal and external resources, including creative & media & digital agencies, production planning, trade activities, and the sales team to achieve desired results.
  • Regularly track and report on the budget.
About You:
  • Preferably, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management
  • Advanced analytical and planning skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Nielsen & Ipsos
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
