Our partner is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to join their Data Management & Insight Team. In this role, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across marketing, product, customer engagement, and operations. You’ll own the end-to-end process of building impactful dashboards, combining strong analytical skills with clear communication to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data efforts with business goals.
  • Define KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn), develop measurement plans, and track performance.
  • Integrate and manage data from platforms like GA, CRMs, and ad tools.
  • Support data engineering teams in building and maintaining pipelines.
  • Conduct segmentation, cohort analysis, and customer journey mapping.
  • Use statistical methods and modeling to extract insights.
  • Perform attribution analysis for marketing performance.
  • Design, test, and deliver dashboards via Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Enable data literacy across the organization through training and documentation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or reporting (preferably in marketing/product).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R.
  • Experience with ETL, APIs, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.).
  • Skilled in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, regression, and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and product analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related fields.
