Job summary

Bayzat is seeking a forward‑thinking Security Engineer to elevate our security posture across Web/Mobile apps, cloud infra (AWS), and AI features. You will architect automated guardrails so developers ship code securely and quickly, collaborating with the engineering team to address threats and implement robust controls.

You will tackle threat modeling for LLM integrations, embed security into CI/CD, and mentor teams on secure coding practices. A progressive, merit‑driven culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or Ruby).
• Deep understanding of AWS services and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with AppSec tooling (Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Snyk, SonarQube).
• Familiarity with Generative AI security, RAG, and API security.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat modeling and security reviews for new product features, focusing on LLM integrations.
• Shift-left by embedding security into the SDLC with SAST, DAST, and SCA in CI/CD.
• Triage automated scans and bug bounty results; collaborate with developers on remediation.
