Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key customer and partner accounts within the IoT and satellite connectivity ecosystem,
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive account strategies to achieve revenue targets,
  • Develop long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at organizational levels,
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of IoT and connectivity solutions,
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee the end‑to‑end sales cycle,
  • Monitor account performance, forecast revenue, and prepare regular business reports,
  • Stay up to date on IoT and satellite industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies,
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management or business development,
  • Proven experience in mobile network operators (MNOs) and strong knowledge of the IoT industry,
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, account planning, and relationship management,
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills,
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities,
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken),
  • Additional languages (Arabic, French, etc.) are an asset,
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
