Job description

As being one of the core brands of Rolls Royce Power Systems, Rolls Royce Solutions Türkiye has over 100 years of experience in the production of diesel engines, manufacture and improve complete drive systems, gas and diesel systems and their control/monitoring systems for a wide range of product types and power ratings for heavy vehicles and equipment for the construction and mining industry.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist for Istanbul who has the following qualifications:

Responsibilities
  • Providing the most suitable technical solution to customers: understand business needs, collect technical and price information, and challenge the proposed solution.
  • Preparing corresponding project cost/price calculations.
  • Developing the customer relationship and following up competitor activities while delivering technical presentations and helping define the customer’s needs.
  • Organizing the sales activities and conducting market research in line with the product range.
  • Making sales of all products within the product range of RRPS for Power-Gen Diesel.
  • Participating in fairs, exhibitions, symposiums for promotion purposes.
  • Working with Rolls Royce Power Systems standards and ethical principles.
Qualifications
  • University degree.
  • Having at least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English.
  • Team player, self-motivated, result oriented.
  • Problem solver and analytic minded.
  • Strong relationship and high communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP applications.
