Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the growth of the Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) with a focus on Consumer Behaviour and Brand Media business, by delivering assigned sales targets.
  • Develop client relationships with current and new clients by creating a positive climate and demonstrating relevance for the client’s business.
  • Identify client needs, diagnose client issues and agree on solutions that fully support clients’ objectives and deliver high growth for SA&I, liaising with client management personnel to ensure alignment.
  • Drive value from new SA&I models/products by selling these to clients.
  • Promote and market specific SA&I services internally and externally through presentations, meetings, and similar events; contribute to knowledge management about clients locally.
  • Actively identify business opportunities and expand SA&I services to new clients.
  • Be proactive in questioning clients on business issues, use active listening to understand the question behind the question and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals and proactively follow up with the client on proposals, designs, costs and drive conversion.
  • Forecast and monitor revenue against targets.
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Market Research
  • Focused on helping the client win in the market
  • Experience in client management and business development (brief discussions, proposal preparations)
  • Good client service skills and able to communicate
  • Good organizational skills
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint
