JOB DETAILS

• Listen to customer requirements and present solutions to close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone, emails, and in-person.
• Cold call potential customers, arrange meetings, respond to inquiries.
• Conduct market research and relationship building.
• Present product or service favorably and professionally face‑to‑face, acting as a contact between the company and its markets.
• Negotiate agreements, close sales and manage terms.
• Gather market and customer information.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Negotiate price, cost, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
• Create detailed proposal documents as part of formal bidding processes.
• Record sales and order information, send copies to the sales office, review performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, rapid cost calculations and quotations.
• Collect payments from clients.
• Feed future buying trend insights back to the employer.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
