GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Sales Executive to take regional responsibility and contribute to the corporate growth of our company, a pioneer in Next-Generation Restaurant, Hotel, and Payment Solutions.

In this role, you will be expected to introduce our company’s innovative solutions to target sectors, establish new partnerships, expand the existing customer portfolio, and contribute directly to sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and grow the existing portfolio in line with corporate sales targets.
  • Develop long‑term partnerships by building strategic relationships with potential business partners.
  • Create sales strategies by performing market and target segment analysis.
  • Take an active role in the field by conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and perform competitor analysis to guide company strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of corporate sales experience in technology, software, or digital payment systems.
  • Preferably based in Antalya.
  • Experienced in creating and implementing strategic sales plans.
  • Prone to target-based work systems with strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • High persuasion skills, customer-oriented approach, and effective communication.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • No travel restrictions and holds a valid driver’s license.
