Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and commercially driven Salesand Application Engineer for our global client.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Turkish market.
  • Manage and support existing local distributor as key account customer: set targets, provide training, monitor performance.
  • Support sales activities with OEM and end customers in key segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of the salesnetwork.
  • Regularly visit key customers and partners to build relationships and understand application needs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in Turkey.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, and customer events.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders: market management, service, logistics, and headquarters teams.
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and market strategies.

  • University degree in Physics, Chemistry or related technical discipline. (MSc preferred)
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in technical B2B sales or application engineering will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with customer-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel across Turkey and occasionally internationally.
