Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or humanities field.
• English proficiency: minimum B1 level to draft rubrics.
• Language: native-level fluency in at least one language.
• Skills: exceptional writing and logic-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and draft multi-dimensional grading rubrics for AI responses.
