Job summary

Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports processing of returned products to enable accurate intake, review, and disposition within warehouse operations.
Prepares returned items for inspection, storage, movement, or shipment in accordance with established handling requirements.
Validates product condition, quantities, and transaction details to maintain accurate system and inventory status.
Coordinates information exchange with relevant stakeholders to address routine returns-related questions and processing needs.
Troubleshoots discrepancies involving returned materials, records, or workflows by identifying causes and applying defined resolution steps.
Summarizes recurring return patterns and operational issues to improve visibility and process awareness.
Performs routine tasks that strengthen returns handling, inventory control, and operational consistency.
