Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and monitor KPIs and P&L reports.
• Ensure high customer service standards and drive sales performance.
• Lead and coach store managers and teams on KPIs and sales techniques.
• Implement visual guidelines and promotional activities in stores.
