Key accountabilities
  • Provides exceptional guest service with a friendly yet professional demeanor during seating, service, and overall dining experience.
  • Handles all guest and internal complaints with care and professionalism; conducts necessary investigations and ensures satisfactory resolutions or escalates to the F&B Director or Assistant Director.
  • Recruits, trains, mentors, and develops Assistant Restaurant Managers and team members, fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Optimizes budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies to drive revenue and profitability while managing labor and operational expenses efficiently.
  • Demonstrates full knowledge of all food and beverage items, preparation methods, and service techniques, collaborating with Culinary and Service teams to develop creative, seasonal menus aligned with brand identity and market trends.
