Bolt Insight in Istanbul is seeking a senior research leader to drive quantitative studies for global clients, guiding a team of researchers and shaping project proposals to deliver strategic insights.

You will advance AI-driven market research, refine methodologies, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction across a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Project Leadership & Execution, Lead and oversee research projects for global clients, ensuring efficient execution and delivery. Work closely with junior Research Executives to guide them in project management, execution, and reporting. Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Client Engagement & Relationship Management, Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, tailoring research solutions to their needs. Lead client calls, consult on proposals, and ensure successful project follow-through. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
• Research Strategy & Methodology, Develop and refine research methodologies with a strong quantitative perspective. Craft output decks with clarity, storytelling, and clear strategic implications. Ensure research techniques align with market trends and client requirements, and support innovation in AI research by identifying new technologies and tools to enhance insights.
• Team Leadership & Development, Mentor and train junior researchers, ensuring best practices in AI-driven market research. Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and professional growth within the research team. Provide strategic input for team expansion and recruitment where necessary.
• Innovation & Process Improvement, Gather and analyse client feedback to refine research methodologies and enhance the BoltChatAI platform. Develop systems for monitoring and tracking research impact and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Engineering, to improve AI-driven research capabilities.

About You

• You have hands-on experience delivering advanced quantitative methodologies like MaxDiff, conjoint, regression, factor analysis, and similar techniques.
• You're proficient in SPSS and have exceptional Excel skills.
• You can craft output decks that combine analytical rigour with clear narrative and strategic implications.
• You're comfortable leading client relationships independently — running calls, shaping proposals, and managing expectations across global accounts.
• You're an effective mentor who can bring junior researchers along without losing pace on your own deliverables.
• You thrive in a fast-moving environment and can balance multiple projects without compromising quality.
