Job summary

Rapsodo is seeking a Research Intern at our Izmir office to assist in evaluating technology trends, competitive benchmarking, and public representation of the company. You will support R&D leadership with clear, concise reports and insights.

The role requires strong English communication, high organization, and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources. Familiarity with AI-powered research tools is a plus and you will work closely with UI/UX, ML and data science teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into meaningful insights.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with AI-powered research tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or similar) is considered a plus.
• Interest in technology, software development, AI, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular research across technology news platforms, developer communities, social media, forums, research publications, and employer review websites.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, AI developments, and competitor activities relevant to R&D teams.
• Research how Rapsodo is represented across public platforms and summarize findings for internal stakeholders.
• Benchmark competitor engineering organizations, hiring strategies, technical initiatives, and employer branding activities.
• Consolidate research findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports and presentations.
• Share periodic research summaries with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Track developer community discussions, technical events, conferences, and innovation trends relevant to the business.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, summarize large volumes of information, and identify recurring themes and insights.
• Maintain a structured repository of research materials and industry intelligence.
• Support ad-hoc research projects requested by R&D leadership.
