Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare asylum applications (Form I-589) and supporting docs from start to finish.
• Draft client declarations based on interviews and case materials.
• Organize evidence, country conditions, and supporting documents.
• Prepare Habeas Corpus petitions and federal court filings.
• Prepare appeals and motions before the BIA.
• Assist with immigration court filings and hearing prep.
• Communicate with clients to collect documents and provide updates.
• Track deadlines and manage multiple active case files.
