RWS Group invites applicants for a flexible, part-time evaluator position to help test and refine how search engines respond to everyday queries. You will assess results across text, audio, images, and videos to improve AI data used by leading search platforms.

The role is remote from Turkey with English and Turkish proficiency, requiring 5–20 hours weekly, NDA compliance, and payment via PayPal or bank transfer. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Turkey.
• Smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet.
• Pass training modules and client test before starting work.
• Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week, maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible for remote work.
• NDA must be signed and adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Join RWS as an evaluator to improve search engine results.
• Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to refine AI data used by major search engines.
• Work from home in Turkey and meet SLA quality and accuracy targets.
