Productive Playhouse is building a pool of Turkish speakers for evaluating AI chatbots. As an AI Evaluator, you will interact with models to assess performance, safety, and usefulness, directly informing model improvements.

This project-based, iterative opportunity offers flexible hours and batch-based work. You choose tasks, set your schedule, and may work with other clients as the project evolves.

Qualifications

• Turkish fluency native or expert (as spoken in Turkey).
• Strong ability in reading/writing English.
• 18 years or older.
• Hands-on experience with AI models/LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI chatbots or language models via structured conversations.
• Participate in tasks with clear goals and prompts.
• Submit deliverables (write-ups, ratings, screenshots or recordings) as required by each task.
