Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Istanbul for a remote hourly contract to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code — helping train AI systems to think like real developers. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.

This is hands‑on engineering work at the frontier of AI development — not theoretical or bureaucratic. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in one or more programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.

• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions by quality.
