Qualifications

• Strong software development background across engineering roles and seniority levels.

• Excellent communication skills to influence and set direction without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own technical vetting across engineering roles, turning on-the-job performance into clear signals.
• Design evaluations including interviews, tests, work simulations, and scoring guides.
• Rethink evaluations for the AI era and decide what matters when engineers work with AI agents.
• Use AI in the work itself to build content, ensure consistency, and support scalable decisions.
• Prove evaluation results align with real engagement performance and scale successful practices.
• Maintain standards and quality controls for fair evaluations across thousands of applicants.
