Job summary

Turing is seeking a freelance lead for a remote annotator pod. You will manage daily activities, support annotators, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to guidelines, and clear communication with the team.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, proven leadership or coordination skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Prior annotation or AI training data experience is preferred.
