Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and visual storytelling in a fully remote setting.

You will review AI-generated outputs, provide high-quality feedback, and collaborate with teams to refine workflows. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential to deliver timely, polished creative assets.

Qualifications

• Proven design capability across graphic design, video, and UI/UX.
• Strong experience with AI training data evaluation is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural and Milanote.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI outputs.
• Document observations and propose improvements to workflows and tool usage.
• Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, and user experience.
