Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Study Manager (Oncology) / Senior Project Manager for sponsor-dedicated, across EMEA. This role focuses on leading complex clinical projects, ensuring global regulatory compliance and seamless client collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings CRO experience, solid leadership, and the ability to travel up to 25%. The position is remote with responsibilities spanning multiple regions in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in CROs and therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Ability to manage time and work independently, with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary clinical research programs ensuring GCP/SOP/regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison between company and client to ensure project launch, conduct and closeout.
• Oversee project teams to meet quality, timelines and budget; manage risks and issues.
• Prepare management reports and maintain project documentation and databases.
