RWS TrainAI is seeking Generative Audio Evaluation Specialists for a flexible, remote freelance project in Turkey. You will test AI-generated audio for video and text-to-audio tasks, following detailed guidelines and providing feedback to improve the model.

The role is part-time (10+ hours/week) with flexible scheduling. Requirements include native Turkish fluency, excellent listening and attention to detail, reliable headphones, and the ability to complete the evaluation test within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Turkish.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
• Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines consistently.
• Good understanding of spoken language, audio quality, and context.
• Reliable equipment — high-quality headphones are required.
• Ability to complete the evaluation test within 48 hours of receiving the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated audio for short video and text-to-audio tasks following project guidelines.
• Assess speech, background music, and sound effects for clarity, quality, and naturalness.
• Evaluate synchronization between audio and video, including lip-sync and timing.
• Check whether generated audio follows provided captions and task requirements.
• Assign scores and identify issues according to evaluation guidelines.
