Alignerr is seeking a Creative Writing Evaluator to assess AI-generated stories, essays, poetry, and other creative text. This remote hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and 10–40 hours per week, with opportunities for ongoing collaboration on new AI projects.

You will read, critique, and provide constructive feedback to help AI systems learn to produce more engaging and authentic writing across genres. No publishing credits required; a genuine love of language is essential.

Qualifications

• A genuine love of reading and writing across genres.
• Able to articulate why writing works or doesn’t with clarity.
• Strong command of English language, style, and craft.
• Comfortable handling substantial volumes of text with attention.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres.
• Assess writing quality across style, tone, coherence, originality, and reader engagement.
• Identify clichés, awkward phrasing, logical inconsistencies, or flat characterization.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback that helps AI systems improve authenticity and appeal.
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule.
