No prior transcription experience is required, but you will be expected to follow structured guidelines, handle varied accents, and meet turnaround targets. Work asynchronously on your own schedule while contributing to AI training.

• Flag unclear segments and note speaker changes where relevant.
• Meet quality benchmarks and turnaround targets for each batch.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
